New relase, with links

Hi all

We are happy to announce that DGT, the translators of European Commission, just published the new version of DGT-OmegaT, the fork of OmegaT we have built for our own needs.
This version is a major release, we publish now new features which have been widely tested/used during around one year inside DGT. For those who prefer the standard OmegaT, part of these features are also published as plugins or scripts which you can use in OmegaT 3.6 (but with Java 8) or 4.1.

Main new features are about interaction with SDL Trados Studio. If some of you are, like us, working in an organisation where majority is using Trados and only a minority is using OmegaT (we don't say that we are happy about that but this is a reality which cannot be ignored) then these new features may make your collaboration with your colleagues easier.

As usual, we welcome your feedback in the web site itself (either in the contact form or by adding comments to pages describing a feature). And if you find that some of these features may be useful to be added in OmegaT 4, open a ticket and also write a message in our web site, so that we can be sure that we speak about the same thing.

Regards
Thomas Cordonnier
