SDLXLIFF and OpenXML filters updated

Previous version of filters plugin, when the text contains track changes, displayed in the translation all added or deleted text encapsulated in <z1>, <z2> or other tag. These tags did not exist in the source of the same segment, OmegaT did not interpret them as protected parts.

New release will remove revisions marks of type "deleted", including their contents. Revision marks typed "added" will appear but without any encapsulated tag. Conclusion: what you see in OmegaT is the text with all track changes accepted.

If you generate target file, whenever you do any modification or not, the generated file will contain neither comments nor track changes which were in the source file. The possibility to export OmegaT comments in the target file exist only in DGT-OmegaT (i.e. not in the plugin) and not for OpenXML yet.

For the moment we apply this only in the last release of the plugin. For DGT-OmegaT we must still decide whenever we could not make something better with track changes.
