StaX filters updated

The filter for OpenXML (Microsoft Office) had problems with delimiters (tabs, line breaks...) and footnotes. Sometimes file did not load at all, sometimes you saw only a part of some segments, and even sometimes error occured only when generating the target document.

Keep in mind that this filter is still experimental. These bugs were rapported by an user in OmegaT's user list, thanks to him for reporting. Don't hesitate to report other bugs, if any.
