DGT-OmegaT 3.6-BETA compared to 3.5-FINAL

This branch contains features developped in 2020 in branch 3.5-DEV (but only these for which there is no known bug) + features developped since 2021 for 3.4-BETA (those from 2020 are here as well but also in 3.5-FINAL)

Features in 3.6-BETA (also present in 3.7-DEV but not in 3.4-STABLE and 3.5-FINAL):

• Segmentation
  • Supports CSCX format also in write mode (for the moment, only if you use popup menus; the configuration window will still produce SRX)
  • Can apply format handles based on OmegaT tags
• Glossaries
  • Can select sort order in glossary pane
  • Stores and displays origin
  • Technical changes
• File formats
  • Can detect a target file opened by LibreOffice (stable version: only with MS Office)
  • SRT (subtitles): can update timestamp
• Trados interaction
  • Can specify where to find Trados projects (previous versions hardcoded locations used by Wizard)
  • Will run "Open Studio" in background, in order not to freeze OmegaT during the process
• Plugins
  • TeamBase and translation memory plugins
    • Cursor-based API for project mode and browsing for auto insertion

All of this is here to be tested. This should be ready for production but can also have some bugs. When documented in the feature pages, they are generally marked with icon  (don't confuse with the green one, which marks features already in stable release but recently). You can see it as "recent" version of standard OmegaT. All these features are also present in 3.7-DEV, which adds much more.
