Download method changed

Some people alerted us in the past that there were difficulties to access the downloads. Now we are trying a new download method which should solve the problem. Please write a comment if it is not the case.

Previously it was decided to use the forge for publishing downloads. But since it is using a dedicated port, some people reported that the forge was blocked by their firewall. To avoid the problem we now added a direct link to the downloads in the main site, without port specification. The forge is still available, in particular if you want to create feature requests. And files will still be available here, but you are not anymore required for downloads.
