DGT-OmegaT 3.2 update 9 published

This version adds new options in Pre-translate screen: you can pre-translate with part of the source and/or include glossary entries.

Addition of these features are the result of a discussion in the ProZ forum.

This version also switches status from beta to release candidate: now that the DGT really starts to test it, it should now only receive new correction of bugs. The next development version will come with number 3.4 (update 0)
