DGT-OmegaT 3.2 update 11 published

This version fixes an important bug which affected regular expressions, in search screens as well as in glossary searches. Version 3.1 (production) is not affected: as explained here, algorithmic part of search screens has been partially rewritten in version 3.2, which is a source of potential regressions.
