DGT-OmegaT : new DEV+BETA releases published

When using menus like view source/target, or when building the documents, if there was already a version of the document and this version is opened in Microsoft Word, then OmegaT blocked the compilation to force you to close the files. Note that it works only when the document is opened in Word, whenever it is a docx file or not.

New release DGT-3.6-BETA-1.0 extends the same feature when the document is opened using LibreOffice.

New release DGT-3.7-DEV-1.0 extends the same feature potentially with any tool, but only if the document has been opened through OmegaT's view source/target menus.

Note that this feature depends on the tool used to open the file, not on the format of the file: a DOCX opened in LibreOffice will use the new mechanism while an ODT opened in Word will use previous method.
