DGT-OmegaT 3.0 is published

Version 3.0 of DGT-OmegaT is published today. This version does not add specific features, this is only a port of version 2.5 to OmegaT stable 3.6.0 update 7. This has not been widely tested so it should be considered as beta for the moment : version 2.5 is still considered as last stable version.

To download, as usual, go here. For developpers, the Git now uses master branch for DGT-3.0 and the old branch has been renamed to DGT-2.
