This program is to be used in Windows command line, after having been copied to Trados Studio directory.
DGT-OmegaT is capable of generating the correct calls. Just in case you want to integrate this to another program, here is the syntax. In any case, please refer to syntax given by the tool when you call it - it may be more up to date than here.
