Discussion about DGT-OmegaT starts in OmegaT forum

The first months we had decided that information about DGT-OmegaT should not be published, and only distributed to people who explicitly required for it; we also sent a link to the core team of standard OmegaT, to let main developpers study it.

After six months, no reaction from them. Now it is time to have a larger distribution. And fortunately, one user already anticipated and sent a message in the users list.
