DGT-OmegaT: all distributions republished

All distributions (downloadable zip files) have been modified today.

The problem was for the file changes.txt; 

Exactly as in original OmegaT downloads, this file is present twice in every archive: in docs directory, and in release directory for source archive, in root for binary archive. The problem was that sometimes the contents of docs directory was not the correct (last one version): consequence for this is that the menu "Help -> Last Changes" did not display the last version.

This is a minor change, so you probably do not need to download again for this reason. We will take care of having the two files identical in the future. But it may be useful to discuss with the original OmegaT team whereever there is a real reason for maintaining two times the file in the same archive, with the risk that it is not always synchronised.
