StaX filters - new version published

This corrects a bug about extracting comments from source file, see here

Revisions published: 1.0.4 (stable) and 1.1.4 (development)

Now comments can be extracted with real segment scope, even if one paragraph contains several segments. That said, it works only if the document is already segmented.
