DGT-OmegaT 3.2 update 26 and new Stax Filters published

Concerns: DGT-OmegaT 3.2 update 26 ; StaX filters 1.0.5 (stable) and 1.1.5 (test)

This version corrects a small bug in XLIFF 1 (including SDLXLIFF) filter: ordering of sub-segments was based on alphanumeric order, so sometimes a segment could appear in a different location than in the original XLIFF file. This affected only the editor, once built the file was in the correct order.

We also re-published the full distribution (CAT archive) : now it is based on DGT-OmegaT 3.2 update 26 and last version of Wizard (in Java)
