DGT-OmegaT 3.5-DEV-1.3 published

The new criteria "case" introduced in previous version is now a real case-only criteria : C < Z < a < c < d

If you set it as first criteria, all uppercase words will appear in the beginning. If you put it after alphabetic order, then it will be used when two words are identical except for the case, so "in" will be after IN

It is now possible to inverse each criteria individually: for example instead of having priority items at the beginning, you may prefer to have all at the end.
