DGT-OmegaT: new releases published

Bug: "open in Studio" may freeze the UI

The menu "Open in Trados Studio" can work only if Trados Studio is correctly installed and if you configured the endpath in OmegaT's "external tools" menu. This can sound as an evidence, but the menu was not grayed and sometimes, in case of wrong configuration, OmegaT user interface may simply freeze during a long time if you use this menu.

Now in all releases (including 3.3-STABLE-4) the menu will first check for availability and display an error message. Then compilation aborts but OmegaT user interface will continue to work.

Feature: format handles

In 3.4-TEST and 3.5-DEV branches, we continue our improvements to segmentation by introducing support for format handles.
