DGT-OmegaT 3.0 update 25 published

This version implements OmegaT's ticket 1406: clicking on CTRL+M several times creates a cycle between existing translations. The mechanism is a little bit different than what is implemented for OmegaT 4: first, it still takes care of favorite MT engine first; second, it takes care of exception results, which are excluded from the cycle.

This version also corrects some forgotten message changes: as discovered here, the segment marker was not correctly updated when user inserts machine translation via CTRL+M or matches via CTRL+R (initially, message in segment marker is designed for auto-insertion).
