DGT-OmegaT 3.1 update 12 and 3.2 update 20 published

We switch directly from update 9 to update 12 to emphase the fact that there were some intermediate releases only used internally.

Corrections for release 3.1 (already done in 3.2):

• SDLXLIFF format: same corrections as filter 1.0.2, 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 (but not 1.1)
• Variable interpolation in spellchecker configuration dialog did not work

Corrections for both release 3.1 and 3.2:

• Correct regular expressions where replacement string contains backslashes (correction also sent to OmegaT core team)

Corrections for 3.2 only (feature does not exist in 3.1):

• Syntax highlighting of regular expressions takes care of double backslashes before $ sign
• In Groovy scripts for glossary layout, ensure that org.omegat.core.Core is not accessible (prevents from doing stupid things with it); access added to sourceLang and targetLang, in case you want to have a language-dependant algorithm
