DGT-OmegaT : new DEV+BETA releases published

This version adds a new menu to filter segments containing only tags. Some file filters produce such segments which users should not try to translate.

Note that this is only a visual effect: the corresponding segments are still in memory. This works using the same "filters" feature which enables to see only segments based on a search window. In the future it may be possible to create new filters as plugins.
