DGT-OmegaT 3.5 is now stable

After months of testing, it appears that the last users of DGT-OmegaT inside the Commission had already began to use release 3.5 quite exclusively, making useless to continue maitaining the previous release 3.4

The version now published as 3.5-STABLE-1 is identical to the release 3.5-FINAL-6 published a few months ago, except of course the number.

Compared to situation described here, the only change is that 3.4 is not maintained anymore. That said, no new bugs have been found recently so you can continue to use it if you want.
