Trados command line

This small program solves a big lack in SDL Trados Studio: it enables to call any of the API's "tasks" in a command-line... DGT-OmegaT uses it for the inter-operability, but it is an independant program which you can launch in your own programs or scripts.

No miracle, it does not replace Trados Studio, you must have it installed. But it works corectly with demo version, almost until the 1-month demo license expires.

To make it work, you have to install it in the main directory where Trados is installed - that is, in most cases, something like C:\Program Files (x86)\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\Studio4 (or Studio3 for Trados 2014, Studio5 for Trados 2017, Studio16 for Trados 2021). Anywhere else, even if you put the necessary libraries with it, the program will pretend that it cannot find the libraries.
If you want to have the ability to create projects with segmentation rules applied, you need also to move the file default_tm_template.sdltm.resource into C:\users\[your name]\AppData\Local\DGT. You can replace with your own segmentation rules if you prefer; in release for Studio 2015, location where to put it is hardcoded. New release for Studio 2021 enables to configure the location in the exe.config file.

Binary version for Studio 2014 can only activate "Translation" task, that's why it does not contain the resources file.  Versions for Studio 2014 and 2015 work correctly until Studio 2017 (but version for Studio 2014 has only the capability to build a file, not to create files via Wizard).  Since Studio 2021, SDL seems to have modified their policy, this command line works only for the exact release of Studio it has built with.
